Dear Attorney, I do have first loan and second loan. Bank modifies my first but not the second. What is consequence, I should expect, if I stop making the payment of my second loan. but stay current on my first loan? Based on my current and income and expense situation, I don't think, I can afford to make payment for my second loan even after loan modification. thanks KS |
