The reason I mention this is that a loan officer says he took my application by phone when it was actually another loan officer. The loan application "was signed by someone other than my the person who took the application. In addition that signature was signed by a secretary on behalf of the wrong loan officer. She simply signed his name and put her initials next to the name she signed. So in effect, no one signed for taking my application and certainly not a loan officer. Can anyone sign for the application on behalf of the loan broker? Are initials of an unnamed person enough? |
