Stressed_EMC_Customer Member Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 29 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0	Need nj lawyer for loan mod denial We were notified that we were denied a Home Affordable Modification (after 9 months of waiting and resubmitting paperwork) from EMC/Chase Bank (Fannie Mae owned loans). We have both have excellent credit histories (over 20 years), never missed or was late on any payments to creditors. We have been homeowners for over 10 years now. Anyway, we need a lawyer to represent us with the denial and possibly bankruptcy (since we have been living on credit cards for the past 2 years). We are at wits end and don't know what to do next?
