The one thing that really sticks out is that on the Deed of Trust it only lists the county I live in, there is no address or legal property description any where to be found on the 7 pages of the Deed of Trust. The only thing is says is "See Exhinit A" after the part where "....in trust with power of sale, the following desrcibed property located in the (blank) (my county is filled in) State of Virginia:" Then it has a couple spaces and says "See Exhibit A" I do not have a copy of an Exhibit A, I have nothing that explains what Exhibit A is: does this mean I signed a deed of trust for any property? Can this make the Deed of Trust void since it doesn's list a property? Should I send a QWR and see what the mortgage company(Beneficial) has in their records for this Exhibit A, they may not have anything either. Thanks for answering my questions!! |
