Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Countrywide loan My in-laws have a house that they received when her brother died. They are now in their 70's living on social security. Countrywide let them have 2 mortgages on the house. Was that right, knowing they didn't have income. Now they still have a high payment, large balance, don't know if the appraisal amount would even be the amount owed. Is there anything they can do? They can't keep it up. |
