I live in bay area in northern California I have 3 homes- one is primary the other 2 are rental houses and one rental is underwater other one rental and primary are being underwater. All 3 loans are interest only loan and will rest to higher rate making higher payment in coming September. if I ask loan mod only my primary then maybe ok ( PITI- front end 41%-back end 70%) but when i added the 2 rentals all 3 then front end 70% and back end 90% then sure to be turned down if i ask short sales for both 2 rentals to qualify the mod for primary then i collect the rentals while in the short sale and not paying mortgage and tenant may be moving out causing real problem My part of main question is i like to keep the rentals same time just mod for the primary. how to prepare and present the loan mod paper to my lender ??? I I'll definitely contact for legal advice any attorney reading this post and able to help me your comment or some general guideline will be greatly appreciated |
