how to prepare loan modification paper to lender.

what is the best way to prepare to submitt loan modification request ( hardship letter, income and expenses) to my lender
keeping my primary home is my upmost goal

I have 3 homes ,one is primary, 2 are rentals.( investment)

all are interest pay only loan and w'll be reset higher interest rate coming september . if i use only primary excluding rental, front end 43%, and back end 70% but if I inclue all 3 houses, then front end 70% and back end 90%. all inclution make render to turn down but only primary should be ok. If they turn down then I ake for short sales for both of 2 rentsl

Re: how to prepare loan modification paper to lender.

NO LEGAL ADVICE HERE - JUST GENERAL INFORMATION - ANY SIMILARITIES TO ANYONE'S ACTUAL SITUATION IS JUST ONE HECK OF A COINCIDENCE.

This is a question best answered in a face to face (in person) conference with your attorney. Spend the money for an hour of time, and go over each property and learn your rights and legal options with regard to each property. The you can make an educated decision about how to proceed... Which one do you modify first? Do you short sale one? Modify the other? Etc.
