I was told yesterday re: the Home Affordable Affidvait (Form 1021) and Form 4506 (the taxes one). The counselor I spoke to more than 3 weeks ago told me my file was being submitted to the lender as we spoke....that was on 6/5. To date, my file has still not been submitted to the lender. I've spoken to NACA three times since 6/5 and the first time I was told that it should take no more than 2 weeks for my file to be submitted, my last call (yesterday) I was told about the forms and that my file should be submitted by Monday....to call back if I don't see a change of my status on their website. I faxed the forms they requested today.
