Well we signed up with Naca on May 8th and already had our 7/2 sale date. I read somewhere if the rescheduled sale date does not happen within 30 days the bank has to start all over with the intent to accelerate notice. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.... In one way it makes me nervous that they will be more inclined to go through with the next sale date... so I'm biting my nails. Have heard nada from NACA since talking to them last week frantically inquiring about my sale date. Even though I've called and left messages and emailed the service address as reccommended. I am praying for good results for all of us right now! Thanks for all your support forum members! |
