I had a terrible experience with NACA. After going over my income and expenses they said I qualified. Then 4 months later I was denied a mod and they told me that it was because I make too much money. They reported to BofA that I make twice what I actually do! They wrote up my paysubs as one week's pay when they are in fact 2 weeks. They told me that I make plenty of money and should be ashamed of myself for not paying my mortagage while living an "extravagant" lifestyle. I fired them and am dealing directly with BofA to try to salvage something. I now have to prove to them that my paystubs actually account for 2 weeks of pay not one, and start all over.
