Re: Wachovia and HAMP modification-anyone having success?

I called Wachovia to make sure they received my payment on June 26th for my first trial payment for July 1st. I called and gave them the MCN via western union. I was then told to mail my payments only to the person on the packet. I wanted to make sure my payments were noted by the loan modification department. I was told they would send and email to the person. I sent an email to the contact as well as my direct contact I received from the executive office. I didn't receive a response. I called loss mitigation twice because I was told I could send it via western union. The loss mitigation reps seemed not to have a clue.

I called the executive team to light a fire under the loan modification team to ensure my first payment was recieved and noted on my account. I was told that my first trial payment had been applied to my account. I have saved all those emails.

I am tired of Wachovia/Wells Fargo and will be glad when this entire process is over. I am going to try to pay as much in advance as I can. I didn't know that your permanent payment could actually be lower than your trial payments.
