Hey #1 (calling you that since you were the first to start the thread for June) tehe.
I got some news alright.... Frickin bofa sent my bill for July and included an additional bill for Aug. of 1555.000. Seems they have decided to escrow my taxes. Now the taxes are paid and they have never been paid late but according to the Deed of Trust they can decide to do this anytime they want. So now my payment is being increased $600 a month because apparently they don't think I'll pay the taxes in December. Since I'm in retail my income usually does go up in the last quarter. I sure can't afford this right now. Gee do you think they decided to escrow because I've asked for a modification??? HMMM I wonder. BofA is just so helpful aren't they?
