I spoke with NACA today because I was supposed to get a call back last week and didn't after sending the info they requested. Today I got a new person that I haven't worked with before and she was somewhat short with me, kept putting me on hold and re-looking over my file. I thought I had done everything they requested and was wondering when they would be sending the file to
CW/BOA. She came back after having me on hold forever and asked if I did indeed have two car loans, I said yes, and she went on a speel about how the lender is not going to look favorably on that and they will want me to make a sacrafice too?? HUH? I told her, why is this the first time I'm hearing of this being an issue? She said they will want me to give up a car or take it back to the dealer or something? I told her the cars aren't worth what we owe on them and that is not a good financial decision, makes no sense! She told me that there may be a problem, and they are also counselers, and she was just advising me!? I'm at a loss... THEN she said that I need two more forms, one for taxes and some affidavit. I thought I was through with all the paperwork! Anyway, I've had such good experiences with them in the past, not a good phone call today. Has anyone else had this experience?
