NewsFlash: Chase's pre-foreclosure department called today, they are NOW supposedly willing/able to negotiate on behalf of their own 2nd mortgage department.

Supposedly, they're so-called "Business As Usual" program allows them to accept 75% of the ordinary 2nd mortgage payment, if you are participating in the 1st mortgage payment offer/program (3 month trial modification?).

This doesn't help me because I can't even afford their offer on the 1st mortgage.

Just an FYI, hoe this helps!
