I received the loss mitigation paperwork as promised. They are calling for a loan payment on 7/15. I just paid the July payment on time, plus the paperwork explains that we will be reported for late payments during the trial period. How can that be when I have never made a payment late?

If I make the trial period payments on time...why would this be reported? That is the whole purpose for going through this...to not make late payments.

I will do and send in everything they are requiring me to do...but I am really skeptical of this whole deal. <O
