I am sooooo happy for you, in your success in keeping your home. Last year when I started reading your story, I was in your shoes with my own home. Unfortunately, not everyone wins; as I am losing my house of 12 years. It's time to move on, I have no more fight left in me.
I just have to start over, and establish credit. I finally got a job after a year of looking, but it is only temporary. Mark my words; I will never end up in the same boat again, even if I have to rent the rest of my life.
