Hi Bert,
When I called the Exec Team I was really happy with the response...I felt I got the true information. Interesting that they are saying it won't go through....is your debt to income ratio REALLY high, or have you had a restructure before?

I think it is good to plan your exit strategy, even if the mod comes through, because it will help you "relax into" whatever outcome there is. We will go live at my mom's..fortunately she has a cabin where we can stay for free until we get back on our feet...don't want that, believe me, and will fight till the end, but good to have a plan just in case.
