There is a 90 day moratorium on foreclosures in CA. that Arnold enacted. The lenders have to show they tried to modify the loan before they can use the courts to foreclose on the property. I quess at this point we should just pay the 3mo. trial (starts July 1) and then try to renegotiate. We have a first and second both owned by Chase and they did do both loans on this 3 mo. trial. |
