I received a call from the "loan
negotiator "....we do not qualify for a Loan Modification ...reason...she could not tell me why...because she did not know. Then she said because I had not missed any payments...

I was so exhausted and disappointed that I cried. She said she would re-run the program and see if she had entered any incorrect information..."WHAT"...Let me get this straight, as of Monday I was waiting on the investors reply, as of Tuesday, the drive by for the real estate appraisal...BUT the decision was based on a computer program...what happened to the investor, the drive by person, etc....You know what I think...this is a lot of bologna.

We are all facing life changing events...which on the stress scale put us about at a 10 (1 being the lowest level)....whether you have a sick spouse or lost your employment....it is a life changing event....

So let me get this straight, we have to depend on a computer program to make the decision...then why do we write hardship letters, initial pages, send in repeated financial statements, earning reports etc......someone needs to explain this to me...

Oh yes, of course she could not re-run the program yesterday, because the individual who runs the program was gone for the day...so please tell me, what does a loan negotiator do...what are the qualifications for the position....

Naturally she said she would call me back today. I have given up on that one...I really have lost my faith in WF.
