Dont believe the website. Mine said canceled 2 months after I returned my loan mod docs. I called in and they told me, yes your canceled. I push the rep and they dig deeper into the file and say, oh wait you do have a loan mod. Now the website shows an approval letter dated in May, 2 months after the loan mod was returned. I never received this letter.
There is also some confusion over the AG loan mod they put me in for that I was declined for. I was approved for the Freddie Mac one instead, but the declined AG mod showed on the webstie.
