update (hopefully my final one on this matter)
the website is finally showing the mod I DIDNT APPLY canceled.
it took multiple calls to the contact i received from Barbara D.'s office, a letter stating that I was no longer with NACA (After the naca mod approval of course) and I was satisfied with the mod I received in April (FROM NACA and
CW) and did not require an additional mod.
please stay on top of bofa and keep checking the website. this was annoying!
