I submitted a loan mod through NACA about a month ago. I went on-line to make this months mortgage payment and was locked out of my account. I called
CW/B of A and they told me I was unable to make my payment on line any more or get access to my account. Unfortunately, I have to wait until the middle of the month to make a payment due to when I get paid. I tried to make this payment on the 16th which is the last day to make a payment and avoid a late charge and couldn't. Now
CW wants me to pay a late payment of 129.00 on top of the 2419.00 I pay now. They told me that they couldn't give me any info on my loan due to NACA being involved. They also said that NACA would have to pursue them to get a loan mod. Meanwhile, they want my mortgage payment and I have no access to my account. I dont know whether to pay them or not. I feel if I don't pay them they will move a little quicker with the loan mod. I have never been late in 3 years but my company just reduced my hours and I can no longer afford these ridiculous payments. What should I do????
