I received a call today indicating that my paperwork was ready to send to underwriting and they just needed to complete a "drive by value" of my home. She said I should hear something by Thursday or Friday of this week. Still very cautiously optimistic, but it's really nice to have my phone calls returned and to talk to people that seem to know what they are talking about since that was never the case with the home retention group.
