We received a fedex today from BofA that said we have a trial 3 month modification plan our payments are reduced nearly half for 3 months starting July 11th. it seems odd I have sent them nothing in documents, but it states based on the information they have we qualify for this until they get more documents and hardship letter. we can prove we qualify, but has anyone else received anything like this? I am not at all trusting of
CW/BofA we are 2 months behind and have been turned down twice for a mod. in January... weird. maybe they finally grew a heart?
