Hi,
I am one step ahead of you...I called back and spoke to one of the executive phone folks...she informed me as to the status of our mitigation process...our loan is now waiting the the brokers pricing opinion process. I know they use zillow.com...and if that is what they are doing we are totally you know what....zillow.com only has old information and not what we had added to improve the value of our home...yes I updated it...but you know...they will go by the neighborhood comps....and like everyone else...we have all lost value in our investment. I don't know if we are going to be able to keep our home or not......I am doing everything that I can...Thank you for your response...
