Hi sarge! thanks for the reply. I started my modification last year by myself, when I get denied from CW I called HUD and talked to a counsilor. I got discouraged by what she told me, she said that just to walk out of the house. I was shocked when she told me that one. I got denied by CW and plus I called HUD and still they can't offer help from me. That's when I decided to hire an attorney.

I just don't wanna give up on my house that easily. I wanna fight, if I can't get modification thru my attorney then I think I will try NACA. I recieved e-mail from AFS and he said that I need to resubmitt all my utility bills. Do u know what's this 34% and 31% that he was talking about?
