Hi John,

Welcome to the forum. The only thing many of us here got from CW/BofA was a run around and a crappy mod offer. The thing that they most want is to know when you will pay them. Myself and others here chose to go to NACA for help. They are HUD approved and will work to help you for free. If this is your only property, you might want to look into getting their assistance.
