Account is completely updated with all of the new information and shows modification completed and closed. But it still shows the original mod attempt from 11/08 as in process (been that way since last year even though I have now gotten 2 mods) was told by CW that mod attempted is closed,

well close it online then. Hate dealing with them, hopefully won't have to anymore. Good luck to others still waiting and hang in there.
