I haven't missed any payments, so this money they want is incase I do?
3 mo x 2870 = 8610. That's a lot of money! Do I beg and borrow to supply them w/ this? Does this make a difference in getting the loan mod?

Also, CW told me the loan mod is just for a few years. Some people seem to have gotten 30yr fixed loan mod. What is typical? Or is there nothing typical and it all varies.
