Anyone with success stories or experience with settling (not modifying) a HELOC or 2nd mortgage with BofA/CW or any other lender.....please reply.

I will start working on getting in touch with BofA regarding a possible settlement of my HELOC and will update this post with any relevant news that can help others in the same position.
