Have you called WF executive office and explained to them that your modification was denied because they didn't have updated financials? Is this was Loss Mitigation is telling you? If so, call the executive offices this morning. I know every case is different but I can't imagine why WF would just deny for because they didn't have updated financials...and that you have to start the entire process over?!? I'd do some fishing around to find out the real reason you got a denial or demand that you fax in new financials and that you want the process to pick up right where you were...you won't get anywhere with Loss Mitigation you'll have to call the executive dept.
