I called my credit card companies and stated that due to the economy we are experiencing a financial hardship and I absolutely need some help with my credit card payment. All three of my cc's were very accomodating, took a bit of info. over the phone and presented me with options. I chose the option that was best for us and that was it. All of my payments were significantly reduced to a fixed low rate and cards closed. I just needed lower monthly payments and got them right over the phone. Hope this helps. |
