I called a rep on 6-5 who supposedly emailed the negotiator about a BPO. I received a call today so maybe he did. My investor is not freddie mac or fannie mae so I know some of my options are limited. My file was assigned to a negotiator on 4-28. I will be sure to update anything I get here. Thanks
