This is a little off topic, but I'm going to post here since there has been other credit card talk. Has anyone here had a credit card company sue, freeze account, or file judgement for accounts totalling $2500 or less?? I have heard that cc companies usually won't take action unless the amount is over $5k. Just wondering about others experiences. |
