I'm hoping that's the case with mine also. She did tell me it was in review now...and I'm assuming it took awhile to get there hence the attorney letter I received yesterday. Probably a timing issue....though still kind of upsetting! I have a 3pm phone appointment with NACA again today...as I faxed them the letter of intent as well as the auction notice...so want to make them aware. Once I speak to them I'm going to contact the attorney who sent the letter...there is some disconnect between them and
