i have wells fargo as well and have been trying since early dec 08 to get this done.
they put me on the 3 month forbearance and then when that was done on 4/28/09 i asked to be reviewed for a perm mod. they changed my status today on their website to show processing docs. i called the exec line and they told me that within 7-10 days i should get something from ups regarding the mod. the 3 month payment was orig 1011 and they asked for 785.
i am hoping it is just a little less then that for the orig. not sure keeping fingers crossed.
