my recently completed 2nd mod shows approved completed pending changes to your account (they did the changes already) and my 1st naca mod still shows in process/referred from 11/08, go figure, I spoke to the person in the office of the pres I am working with and she spoke with Home retention nd verified both mods are closed, I said well then take them off the account before something else gets screwed up, she said unfortuneately home retention has to do that and she has requeted they do so, my suggestion log in everyday and check your account, don't trust the
cw bozos to get anything right these days!
