Whether or not to accept a NACA proposal comes down to the investor on the loan and if they will approve it.......NACA will present it to BofA and BofA will present it to the investor...................some will counter the proposal, some will accept it the way it is, and some will deny it if they as an investor are not modifying their pool of loans.
