| Re: I have 30 days - Input appreciated! Okay, i got to talk to Yadira at Chase on my lunch hour. She was reluctant at first, but when i mentioned the fact that "isn't chase participating in that Project Lifeline?" she loosened up a bit.
I explained to her that how can they see that if HALF of my income is going toward the mortgage does not qualify for a hardship. She said that she could TRY and re-submit the loan modification. She asked me some questions about our income and she asked me what my car payment was (that's all) she put me on hold (for a long time) and came back and said "it doesn't look like you are going to qualify"
I'm like "why? i don't understand? this mortgage has re-set 3 times already and it's going to re-set again in July!" I told her that i know chase didn't want this house back, and she told me that chase was not in the re-possession business.
Long story short, i have to re-submit all the papers to her and she will again try to get us approved. I said thank you to her and all i can do is pray at this point.
Thanks for your help Poppy. You've given me a little courage where it had all left me!
