Finally it's done, I am now a Success Story Twice, account is all updated with the correct information and the new 5% rate and all features are now working. This is my 2nd modification using Naca so I believe 200% that using Naca to advocate for a solution is the best way to go, thier services are free and they get great results. The only thing left is for CW to apply the $1569 in suspense to my June payment and this is suppose to be done by next week. The person in the Pres office is going to follow up and make sure its gets done.
