[Tartbird]

My NACA status still says "Pending" I did the chat function a day or so ago and "Jacqeline" said she would check into it with the supervisor of my counselor to see what was happening since we finished giving our paperwork two weeks ago and it still shows just "Pending". Then she never followed up with me, so I called yesterday got a very nice girl who checked into it for me and said "You were submitted May 20th" REALLY? Nice to know! But my status still says "Pending" so she checked with supervisor and they said they did submit to lender, but never bothered to update the website. Nor have they yet! It makes me nervous. I don't know if I can trust that they actually did submit or didn't update website. Who is the bigger goof up at the moment, that is the game I feel we are all playing.
