update. got a call from barbara's office. rep didnt understand why I wanted to cancel a loan mod.
I explained that i just got mod approved and completed. she saw the info and told me that she will fix it with the negotiator.
she also said that she will call me back when it is completed.
i'm already on the
cw.bofa daily, but now i will be on there like every hour. i mean, what is going on that they can just randomly go into your file and change stuff, omg.
anyhoo, i've been taking screenshots of my acct on the website and emailing them to myself just incase this becomes a lawsuit for breach of contract.
please stay on top of them. this lady was very nice and helpful. im hoping we can all have these issues resolved so that others can get the help they need to keep their homes
