anyone having issues today accessing their online accounts?? I was wondering if possibly they were finally updating my account info ( after 60 days of fighting with them to do so) and 2 weeks of working with the office of pres (Barbara Desoer's office) to get it done. I can access the website, but when I put in my password it says retrieving account info and just sort of hangs there forever, I tried closing the page and also hitting refresh, but it comes back up asking for login again. Should I be hopeful or is it just another
CW/BOA website issue?
