I was told that I couldn't see my acct info because I was in foreclosure. Any questions I had about my loan had to be answered by someone at BoA. I have never been given a straight answer from anyone there.
I asked for a copy of the Notice of Default that I was supposed to have received in Dec. 08. I told them I had never received anything and was called a liar. I got the copy yesterday, the letter was dated Dec. 3, 2008 but the copy of the certified letter signature was from Nov. 8, 2008. I called and asked them if they thought I was stupid. Dated a month apart doesn't prove that you ever sent me anything. I will keep fighting because I am so angry...they will not get the best of me!!!!
