We got a call from Chase today thinking it was what we were waiting for. May 11th we got a letter saying we'd hear something about the loan mod.in 30 days. Well it wasn't THAT call. They called and requested updated info. paystubs, May's checking statement, utility bill, 09 taxes, etc. They said loan was being worked on. Husband told her about the letter and she had no idea. She said she doesn't know when there will be a decision just that they are workin gon. DH told them we are running out of time as far as BK filing. Some of credit cards have gone to collections. I don't know how long it will be before the try to get a judgement.
