hi everyone,
the
cw/bofa website was down yesterday. now when i check my acct, it shows a new loan mod in progress (I DIDNT APPLY FOR ONE)
i was just approved with naca for a loan mod, it was completed and the website was completely updated.
the updated info is still there but the new loan mod (WHICH I DIDNT APPLY FOR) disabled my payment ability and message feature.
I was told to call
cw.BOFA again tomorrow because the systems are down and this is possibly why the info is showing..
just an fyi folks, stay on top of these folks, I will be checking and calling first thing tomorrow
