Congratulations to the guys who got their loans modified.
Till today I havent heard of anyone who got their loans modified until I read this forum .... looks like Banks are really helping.
Hopefully they will help me too

I have submitted my paperwork to Wells Fargo almost 2 months back and have been calling them twice or thrice a week but getting the same response. But on May 15th, customer rep said that my application is handed over to Negotiator and they are looking into it. And when I check the status of modification on wells fargo site @

Step 1 Reviewing your account COMPLETED
Step 2 Preparing modification agreement IN PROCESS
Step 4 Payment Received NOT STARTED
Step 5 Documents Received NOT STARTED
Step 6 Reviewing your account NOT STARTED
Not exactly sure what that means though ..... after reading earlier posts on this thread looks like it might take around 30 days to get a response after Step 2 is in process .... Please share your experiences.
Do you folks think that calling the executive team that *** has posted for members @ 1-800-853-8516 would help?
