Hi Snapple,
Thanks for all the info. We'll hope for a positive outcome in 3 months. My husband and I love our place, and we want to stay...no real aspirations to ever pay off the loan...so we're grateful for anything that is reasonably fair and affordable....cautiously optimistic is a wise stance I think.
