Suggestion for the faxes....make sure that every page has your Name, Loan Number, Property Address and the Last Four of the Primary Borrower SS#, this helps with the "going to the land of the lost" syndrome that these lender/servicers have. In other words all faxes go to a scan system and the folks scanning are not real attuned to the alphabet or numbers, this helps them stay on track. |
