Hmmmm. Now that gets me thinking. I don't have 3 months for a trial period. I have to reaffirm (I think) before we file BK. If that's we will do. So sounds like the letter is just..pay us this amount for 3 months and maybe we'll do something to help you. Or maybe we won't. Sounds like the key word in your letter is "consider." It doesn't sound much like a workout plan. Have you called? I am wondering if you didn't make a payment what that would do? Since the loans are Freddic Mac/Fannie Mae it doesn't sound like they want to help AS MUCH. If I get that same letter..we'll probably have to leave and end up renting because I couldn't do that without any guarntee that the payment wouldn't change. Ugh.
